By placing an order with RinseKind, you agree to these Terms of Service. RinseKind is a trading name of Modern Creation, ABN 20 936 471 355.

All products are subject to availability. We aim for our product descriptions and images to be accurate, but minor variations may occur.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We may update prices at any time before an order is placed.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including for payment failure, suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

Orders are fulfilled in line with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier conditions, destination and peak periods.

Returns and remedies are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RinseKind is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product.
