Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. We aim to dispatch orders sooner whenever possible.

For Australian orders, standard delivery is estimated at 2–11 business days from dispatch. Delivery to New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States can vary depending on destination and carrier conditions, so please allow additional time for international orders.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders. Priority insured shipping is available for A$6.26 where offered at checkout.

Tracking is included with every order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak periods or due to carrier conditions outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact hello@rinsekind.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
