Do I need a new shower head?

RinseKind is an inline shower filter designed to retain your existing shower head. Fit depends on your setup. Contact us before ordering if you have a compatibility question.

Is this a water softener?

No. RinseKind is a shower filter, not a water softener. It is not designed to remove the calcium and magnesium that cause hard water.

How can I make my shower routine kinder to dry skin?

Keep showers warm and brief, use a mild, fragrance-free cleanser, and apply moisturiser while your skin is still damp. These habits help care for dry skin. Shower filtration can be part of your routine, but it does not replace skin care or treatment.

Is there a subscription?

No. Every machine and refill offer is a one-time purchase. Choose a single replacement filter or a three-filter pack when you need one.

When will my order arrive?

Standard shipping is free. Most orders arrive 6–14 business days after dispatch; some take longer. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

What if it is not right for me?

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee includes change of mind. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we pay return postage for faulty goods. Email hello@rinsekind.com to start. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply in addition.
